What data do we collect?

We collect the following data when you sign up or contact us:

Email address

We also save any data you generate via our API. This includes data about the notifications you sent, current active subscribers, generated tokens to allow API usage. We also temporarily store meta data about your API usage to allow rate limiting the API. How do we collect your data?

How will we use your data?

Nootify collects your data so that we can:

Properly manage the notification system
Subscribe users to your application
Email you about your requests, feature updates and helpful information

How do we store your data?

Nootify stores all other data in a private MongoDB database managed by Atlas, with multi-factor authentication required to access it. Sensitive information including API keys, API request headers/ parameters is encrypted when stored.

If you delete your account your data will be deleted immediately.

Marketing

Nootify would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. You have the right at any time to stop Nootify from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us. What are your data protection rights?

Nootify would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access- You have the right to request Nootify for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
